Project Scope:
Enersev was selected as one of Six Main Contractors to take total responsibility to study, plan, prepare, management to execute maintenance service for Electrical Works during NSRP 1st Turnaround 2023 (TA2023)
- Maintenance/inspection for HV Switchgear
- Maintenance/inspection for LV MCC Switchgear
- Installation Rotor for STG04 Generator
- Patch Installation/Internal inspection for Power Management System (PMS)
- Maintenance for 19 HV Motors
- Maintenance for 7 Transformers
- Testing for all CB/VCB/VCS, HV Relays, LV Relays
Goals:
- NSRP conducted 1st Turnaround after 5 years in operation, one of the jobs is maintenance for the Electrical System,
- To ensure the Electrical System will be in operation during the next 4 years
Results:
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 450 Schneider Electric HV Switchgear Cubicles
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 1000 ABB LV Switchgear Cubicles
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 3400 ABB LV MCC modules
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 19 HV Motors
- Finding many issues of MCC Modules, ACB, VCB,…
- Testing for all CB/VCB/VCS and testing for HV Relay, LV Relay
