Project Scope:
Enersev was responsible for upgrading INSUM2 by UMC100.3 for two LV Switchgear including:
- Site survey, design, detail engineering, risk mitigation plans, all the change-over design and OEM document supply,
- Supply Hardware
- Hardware installation, software configuration & upgrade, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and handover
- Support start up
- Training for operators and engineers
Goals:
- Conduct Site survey

- FAT at workshop
- SAT

Results:
- Successfully upgrade the system
- During Plant starting up, all system was running smoothly and effectively
