Project Scope:
Enersev was selected as one of seven Maintenance Contractors to take total responsibility for studying, planning, preparing, management to execute maintenance service for Electrical Works during Defect Confirm Shutdown Maintenance in NSRP 2019 (DCSM-2019):
- Maintenance/inspection for HV Switchgear
- Maintenance/inspection for LV MCC Switchgear
- Maintenance/inspection for STG Generator
- Patch Installation/Internal inspection for Power Management System (PMS)
Goals:
NSRP conducted Defect Confirmation Shutdown Maintenance (DCSM) after Initial Acceptance to identify all potential defects and rectify for the Electrical System, next Turnaround will be specified and decided based on the inspection result of the DCSM
To ensure Refinery efficiency from the perspective of design specification, installation, and construction so that Final Acceptance can be achieved
Results:
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 450 Schneider Electric HV Switchgear Cubicles
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 1000 ABB LV Switchgear Cubicles
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 3400 ABB LV MCC modules
- Carried out maintenance/inspection for a total of 3400 LV MCC modules
- Finding many issues of MCC Modules, ACB, VCB,…
