BSR – TA5 ICS System Upgrade

Project Scope:
Enersev was responsible for upgrading all the systems DCS/ESD/FGS with the latest proven and approved commercial of the Shelf (COTS) hardware and software including:
- Site survey, design, detail engineering, risk mitigation plans, all the change-over design and OEM document supply,
- Supply hardware and software
- Hardware installation, software configuration & upgrade, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and handover
- Support start up
- Training for operators and engineers
Goals:
- Existing hardware server/ workstation H90/92 replaced by new version of H90/H92
- Convert Fox View/ FoxDraw to Control HMI
- Migrate from FDSI Module to FDC280
- Tristation 1131 software upgrade license to version 5.5
- Existing hardware server/workstation H92 replaced by the new version of H92
- Firmware upgrade for Communication and I/O module
Results:
- Successfully replaced 04 Servers
- Successfully replaced 07 Workstations
- Migrate to FDC280 module
- Successfully upgraded Tristation 1131 software to the new version for ESD/FGS System
- Firmware upgrade successfully
- During Plant starting up, all system was running smoothly and effectively
